Winemaker’s Note: Chardonnay. Pale yellow core with a fragrant bouquet of ripe citrus fruits, lemon curd and vanilla. Rich flavours of baked apple and pear with a smooth mouthfeel, finishing with hints of lemon and cream. Oak aged 8 months.
Pairing: Teriyaki salmon with avocado salsa and black rice, grilled lobster tails with tarragon butter, creamy pasta salads and soft cheeses.
