2013 Chardonnay VQA $24

Serve Temperature:
12-14°C

Winemaker’s Note: Chardonnay. Pale yellow core with a fragrant bouquet of ripe citrus fruits, lemon curd and vanilla. Rich flavours of baked apple and pear with a smooth mouthfeel, finishing with hints of lemon and cream. Oak aged 8 months.

Pairing:  Teriyaki salmon with avocado salsa and black rice, grilled lobster tails with tarragon butter, creamy pasta salads and soft cheeses.

 

2012 White Reserve $25

Serve Temperature: 10-12°C

Winemaker’s Note: Riesling. Remarkably balanced with lively acidity and minerality.  Notes of fresh lime and pineapple, with melon and peach undertones on the finish.

Pairing: Fish tacos and cilantro chimichurri, stuffed pork tenderloin or arugula summer salad with grilled mango.

2011 Second Reserve $33

Serve Temperature: 17-19°C

Winemaker’s Note: Cabernet Sauvignon. Notes of black currants, strawberries and vanilla. Well rounded and full bodied with smooth leathery undertones. Oak Aged for 20 months.

Pairing: Marinated Portobello mushrooms, prime rib and horseradish demi, or aged cheeses.

2013 Cabernet Baco VQA $20

Serve Temperature:
15-17 °C

Winemaker’s Note: A full-bodied robust red, composed of Cabernet Sauvignon and Baco Noir. Layered flavours of black currants, plums and spice accompanied by smooth tannins.

Pairing: Charred beef kebabs, lamb shank, smoked cheeses or stews.

 

2013 White Cuvee $20

Serve Temperature:
11-13°C

Winemaker’s Note:
Sauvignon Blanc. Fragrant aromatics of grapefruit and guava with grassy undertones. Stone-like minerality with flavours of gooseberries, lime and kiwi balanced by crisp and mouthwatering acidity.

Pairing: Grilled veggies, shellfish and whitefish, goat cheese and pasta with garlic cream.

2011 First Batch Vidal Icewine VQA $30

Serve Temperature:
10-12°C

Winemaker’s Note: Decadent and perfectly balanced; notes of mango, apricot and tropical fruit balanced by lush and tangy acidity.  A Canadian specialty.

Pairing: Layer over vanilla ice cream and warm waffles or side with firm cheeses and fresh berries.

2013 Merlot VQA $25

Serve Temperature:
17-19°C

Winemaker’s Note:
Merlot. Velvety smooth and complex. Notes of mocha, black cherry, tobacco and leather with undertones of blueberry. Oak aged 8 months.

Pairing: Filet mignon or rack of lamb, Mediteranean salads and aged cheeses.

2014 Semi-Sweet White $15

Winemaker’s Note:
Vidal Blanc. Bouquet of honey and flowers, with notes of peaches, apricots and honeydew.

Pairing: Perfect with Thai food, and after dinner with white chocolate-covered strawberries.

2011 Holland Marsh
 Dry White

Serve Temperature:
10-12 °C

Winemaker’s Note:
Composed of Pinot Grigio and Vidal. Aromas of pear, lychee and grapefruit. Medium-bodied and mellow with a hint of minerals. 7 months oak-aged.

Pairing: Smoked salmon, roast turkey, butternut squash risotto and firm cheeses.

2014 Gamay Noir VQA $15

Serve Temperature:
10-12°C or 14-16°C

Winemaker’s Note:
Gamay Noir. Aroma of ripe red fruit, with notes of strawberries, black currants, and blueberry jam. A white-drinker’s red.

Pairing: Excellent with spicy foods, curries and dark chocolate.

2014 Gamay Baco VQA $15

Serve Temperature:
15-17°C

Winemaker’s Note:
Blend of Baco Noir and Gamay Noir. Medium-bodied with a bouquet of ripe summer berries and notes of dark cherries and blackberries.

Pairing: Duck confit, pasta Bolognese and neutral cheeses, or as a sipping wine.
